Though its long‑term aim is to offer practical, compassionate help whenever people need to start anew, the first programme concentrates on the early years. The Early Childhood Compass pilot delivers hands‑on assistance to parents and carers of children aged 0‑6, guiding them through this vital stage with clear information, strong connections and renewed confidence.
